Attila, Miss May I, WCAR rumored to have signed with new label

UPDATE: SharpTone Records has officially been announced. Attila, Miss May I, and We Came As Romans are among the bands alleged to have signed a deal with new record label Sharptone Records. Earlier today the aforementioned bands shared this image on Facebook: The image appears to be consistent with the logo of new entity Sharptone Records. Meanwhile, a quick Google search of Sharptone reveals that it has the same address as Nuclear Blast Records in Culver City, CA. Coincidence? Not according to this blog entry, which alleges that Nuclear Blast has launched a new imprint "aimed at a younger, Warped Tour-ish demographic." We'll find out for sure soon.

I don't really have any doubts that this isn't legit but I don't see why Attila would sign to them considering Fronz has his own label?

I don't really have any doubts that this isn't legit but I don't see why Attila would sign to them considering Fronz has his own label? First off, they're way too big for that label. Second, why sink a hundred grand of your own money into something when someone else is willing to foot the bill?

Because the return on investment for atilla these days is millions, money fronz could pocket if he were fiscally smart.

Do you have any grasp on how much it costs to actually get a record "big?" This isn't a grind band trying to reach 5000 people. This is about placement, festivals and festival buy ons, tour marketing, advertising, radio play, publicity and so on. In short, it'd be a failure for him to try it.

Anything involving Attila will lick balls because they do, in fact, lick balls
