Report: police treating Oli Herbert's death as suspicious

Yesterday we posted a fairly substantial report on the strange circumstances surrounding the untimely death of All That Remains guitarist Oli Herbert, who was found dead on October 16 in a pond adjacent to his home in Connecticut. Today the Hartford Courant revealed that state police are now treating Herbert's death as suspicious and the Eastern District Major Crime Squad is investigating. The Courant had this to say with regard to the state medical examiner's findings:
"While the state medical examiner's office ruled this week that Herbert, 44, drowned, it called the manner of death undetermined. The manner of death is usually listed as homicide, suicide or accident, but state Chief Medical Examiner Dr. James Gill said Herbert's case will remain undetermined unless new information is developed."
The Courant's sources report that police are currently "compiling a timeline of Herbert's last 24 hours."
