If you recall, earlier this month two members of King 810 were arrested in connection with the critical beating of a Flint, MI man in October 2013. Well, King 810 has checked in with an update, and according to them, the charges against frontman David Gunn have been dismissed, while the case against bassist Eugene Gill was bound over for court (i.e. the charges remain and the case may go to trial). However, Gill has been permitted by the judge to travel, meaning that the band will apparently appear on this summer's Mayhem Fest as previously scheduled. Here's what King 810 had to say:
The case against David Gunn was just dismissed by the judge.
The case against Gene was bound over to circuit court. Bond was amended for travel.
See you in San Bernardino for Mayhem.
