Meshuggah joined on stage by Metallica guitarist Kirk Hammett

Metallica guitarist Kirk Hammett made an appearance during Meshuggah's set yesterday amidst Hammet's Fear FestEvil at RockBar Theater in San Jose, California.

Hammet joined the Swedish metallers to play a guitar solo during the band's song, "Bleed." Fan-filmed footage of Hammett and Meshuggah together can be viewed below.

I thought it started weird, but was great once it got going. Just a little too bit of a slow build. Oddly enough, Meshuggah should lick Kirk's boots for giving them this much attention. They didn't even draw 300 the next night in LA.
