Bacon Wagon announce new album 'Trauma Cake', premiere lead single

Swedish trio Bacon Wagon have announced plans to release their debut album later this spring. The new album is titled Trauma Cake and will arrive on June 6 via Reptilian Records.

Along with the revelation comes new song "A Voodoo That Actually Works." According to Bacon Wagon, "It's pretty much a straightforward rock tune that we wanted to keep pretty simple. The lyrics are about manipulative people, not much more to say about it." You can have a listen here:
 

Originally formed in 2003 from the ashes of noise rock outfit Acid Ape, Bacon Wagon released a few EPs before going on hiatus several years later. The group was reanimated in 2023 and Trauma Cake serves as the fruits of their labor since.
