Drowningman have officially signed with Thorp Records. The band will release a new full-length entitled "Don't Push Us When We're Hot" in August, followed by an EP in mid-2006. Here's a quote from frontman Simon Brody:
"We have finally amassed an arsenal of new anthems for the emotionally challenged. Although scared of police, lawyers, record contracts and people that wear sweat pants in public, we have decided that according to the 'dude code,' Andy and the folks at Thorp Records were the people to bring you our upcoming full-length 'Don't Push Us When We're Hot.' Official release date will be slated for sometime in August but the band will have copies available on tour by late June. Drowningman will then follow up with an EP (which will be recorded concurrently with the LP) early next year."
