Following their "Midsummer Tour" in Europe, Singapore grindcore duo Wormrot is currently a solo project for the time being after drummer Vijesh "Vijesh" Ghariwala and guitarist Nurrasyid "Rasyid" Juraimi have decided to part ways.
Juraimi has stated in the announcement via the band's socials that he does continue to move forward with Wormrot "from the ground up".
Juraimi shared:
After much reflection and mutual respect, Vijesh and I have decided to part ways. We're grateful for the journey we've shared and we look forward to new opportunities individually.
I'd like to thank Vijesh for his years of contribution, and everyone for believing in us along the way.
I will carry on to build Wormrot from the ground up again.
