Alternative rock legends, the Foo Fighters, have recently enlisted Josh Freese (The Vandals, etc) as their touring drummer for this year. However, during last night's set at the "Boston Calling" festival, the group was joined again by Oliver Shane Hawkins, son of the late Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins.
The young Hawkins has performed before with the band during a special performance of "My Hero" previously on MTV. As seen in fan-filmed footage, the young Hawkins took his place once again behind the drum kit to roll through the early Foo Fighters classic "I'll Stick Around."

Post CommentIt's all who you know in this life, not how good you are.
Was it selfish of Dave Grohl to force the jab on Hawkins, just so Grohl's could feel less scared of the wuhan virus.
No explanation why Freese didn't play hmmmm...
Eh, sorry Oliver, but you're no Jack Thomas. Maybe think about losing an arm and coming back stronger.
Foo Fighters enlist Jack Thomas for one-arm performance.
Please, go away FTLO original founding member. We don't care about you, your band, or your band's gf's being banged out by the ex-singer.
Honest question here: what is up with the rash of FTLO posts in recent days? Like ever other article has something about this 90s band that was only popular in NJ.
Foo fighters want everyone to like them just like the rock does.
I had the genuine displeasure of clicking on some article that immediately had this kid playing. It was like the ABR drummer only instead of china all this kid was doing is flam, flam, flam, cymbal, repeated 1000 times. Grohl likely gets off on that nonsense.
When FTLO played Crawl To Hide - I tried to kill my best friend. True story.
These FTLO stories are starting to win me over.
