Deicide officially start pre-production for their new studio album

On October 20 Deicide's newest member Taylor Nordberg posted an image to his personal Instagram account showing his guitar leaning again a recording rig inside Smoke and Mirror Productions (which is Nordberg's home studio) along with a caption stating, "We have officially started preproduction for the new DEICIDE album!!". Earlier in the year bassist/vocalist, Glen Benton elaborated on Chris Garza's podcast that the record had been written since last year, prior to the 30th-anniversary tour of Legion, but are "ready to hammer this deal out right now".

Nordberg was introduced as Deicide's new guitarist earlier this year, he previously spent time in Soilwork, The Absence, and Inhuman Condition. He played his first show with the band in May of this year.
