Rotting Out frontman to be released from jail in November

In September, word circulated that Rotting Out frontman Walter Delgado, incarcerated since last summer on drug charges, was facing deportation from the United States upon his release from prison. Yesterday, Delgado sent out an email (see below) from jail stating that he is not being deported. Moreover, he will be released from prison in 39 weeks, which falls in mid-November. Delgado was originally sentenced to 18 months.
