Dillinger Escape Plan completes new EP

The mighty Dillinger Escape Plan has completed their new EP, "Irony Is A Dead Scene," featuring Mike Patton. The effort was recorded at Portrait Studios in Lincoln Park, NJ by Chris Badami (Ex Number Five) and will consist of four songs, roughly 18 total minutes in duration. The tentative release date for the EP is August 27th via Epitaph Records. In related news, DEP will be playing the main stage at this year's Reading and Leeds Festival with such acts as Guns N' Roses and Incubus.
