Burnt By The Sun finishes album

Burnt By The Sun has completed work on their upcoming full-length for Relapse Records. Produced by Matt Bayles (Botch, Isis, Playing Enemy) at Trax East Studios, the album is scheduled for release on January 22nd. The effort is entitled 'Soundtrack to the Person Revolution' and will contain 9 new songs with one instrumental piece at the end. The band has been on break for a while due to guitarist John and his wife having their first child. Additionally, drummer Dave has been overseas filling in for Melt Banana and is expected to return in mid-November. In early December, BBTS will be hitting the road for some weekend shows alongside such acts as Blood Has Been Shed, Shai Hulud, Nora, and Today Is The Day.
