Sumerian Records has signed five-piece melodic hardcore band Stick To Your Guns. Here's a statement from the label:
"We're very excited about releasing STYG's debut album For 'What It's Worth' in stores all over the world. The band has proven themselves to not only have an infectious and passionate live performance, but also have a professional, diehard work ethic. Just as they completed a 50+ day tour with almost no days off, we decided it was time to help the band get to the next level and signed them for this record. They gave 100% every night whether it was 50 kids or 500 kids, and all the promoters had nothing but great things to say about the band both on and off the stage."
Hailing from Orange County, CA, the group released an album with This City Is Burning Records in 2005. Since the album was limited in distribution, Sumerian will reissue the effort on February 20th as a deluxe edition with new music, artwork, and a live music video.
