Light This City album details

Official press release: Light This City has unveiled the artwork, track listing, and a new song from the Bay Area band's forthcoming album, "Facing The Thousand." The band returned to Castle Ultimate Studios in March to record with producer Zach Ohren, and enlisted Mario Garza of Robot Plague for the album's artwork. Both worked with the band on its previous release, "Remains of the Gods," a record that ultimately showed up on Brave Words & Bloody Knuckles’ 2005 year-end list. Tapping The Black Dahlia Murder frontman Trevor Strnad for a guest appearance on the track "Fear of Heights," "Facing The Thousand" will hit stores September 19th through Prosthetic Records. In the meantime, Light This City is heading out on a massive string of tour dates all across the United States with Suicide Silence, All Shall Perish, Too Pure To Die, and Nights Like These. As a precursor to the record's release, a new track dubbed "Cradle For A King" has been posted along with track listing information and artwork for the record, and can be viewed online here.
