Arms Of Orion sign w/ Abacus Recordings

As we first reported two weeks ago, Abacus Recordings has indeed signed West Chester, PA rock outfit, Arms Of Orion. Formed in 2003, the band has previously self-released two EPs. According to the label, "Arms of Orion's sound is a strong mix of driving melodies, catchy choruses, and intricate musicianship not unlike New Found Glory, Lifetime, and Thrice." The group will enter the studio in June with Shepard Goodman and Kenny Gioia (The Distance) to record their debut full-length, which will hit stores this fall. In the interim, you can check out some of the band's older material here.
