Incredible lineup. Will Scowl drop off when the find out Mayhem are playing?

Only a few bands that I like and not a single band I love. Hard pass.

How much did booking agents pay for Terror & Scowl to play this? No way did whoever booking this fest say "Hey let's book a pair of bands who each sell out a 300 capacity venue on their best day".

anonymous 167 days ago

^ Scowl might draw 400-500 at this point but even that is crap relative to most of the bands paying this fest. They & Terror definitely bought on this especially Terror.

311 the band Turnstile apes but no Turnstile. Is it safe to say Turnstile is done as a real band? Not even a hint of new music, no permanent replacement for Brady Ebert who wrote all the music. They're just milking what he wrote at this point cuz they got nothing.

anonymous 167 days ago

I'm leaving after Almira Elfeky

anonymous 167 days ago

Remember when Scott Vogel ran his mouth about The Ghost Inside not being hardcore yet here he is playing to a totally non-hardcore crowd - hypocrite. Hey, he can't make a living just headlining over Harley Mags, Haywire & Hold My Own.

anonymous 167 days ago

^ I went to that show just to see Harley Mags. It was pathetic how many r/hardcore kids weren't interested in the Cro-Mags lol

anonymous 167 days ago

^they are 17 and not 35-40 like us

anonymous 167 days ago

^Touche, I just turned 35 in August lol.

anonymous 167 days ago

Is it safe to say Turnstile is done as a real band? Not even a hint of new music, no permanent replacement for Brady Ebert who wrote all the music. They're just milking what he wrote at this point cuz they got nothing. You are gonna be SAD next year. I know you're going to just be like "well if they were REALLY big they'd have played THIS arena and not that one," because you're just pathetic.

anonymous 167 days ago

311, Three Days Grace, Napalm Death and Mayhem. Makes sense.

anonymous 167 days ago

No code orange?

anonymous 167 days ago

Lmao terror

anonymous 167 days ago

I went to that show just to see Harley Mags. It was pathetic how many r/hardcore kids weren't interested in the Cro-Mags lol F u c k r/hardcore kids, f u c k r/hardcore period. 'Not feeling Harley-Mags with Harley & who? He needs to call it a day. Parris too if he continues with his wack instrumental "band*" which has gone nowhere expectedly.

anonymous 167 days ago

You are gonna be SAD next year. I know you're going to just be like "well if they were REALLY big they'd have played THIS arena and not that one," because you're just pathetic. You're pathetic simping for them. The only way they're playing arenas next year is if they buy their way onto another one like they bought onto Blink 182 which gained them zero Blink 182 fans. Ahhh that fabled "next year" only it's 2025 & Brady who wrote ALL their music will be 4 years gone from the band. They'll still have no new music out or a permanent replacement for Brady - easier to milk what he wrote. But you keep simping Simp. You are so easy to draw out & spot it's laughable.

anonymous 167 days ago

^ And I'm not talking about venue sizes you dipshit, I'm talking NEW MUSIC which they will never write because they fired the songwriter who wrote everything which made them. They fired the Take Offense dude, did they fire the chick who's never in the band pics or conversation about songwriting? That's "pathetic".

anonymous 167 days ago

Lmao terror Scott is back to playing as many non-hardcore tours & fests as possible because he realizes he can't make a living without them. He'll badmouth these shows & bands who play them when he thinks he can make a living just headlining shows.

anonymous 167 days ago

will be out drinking 12 dollar tall boys during every set besides dir en gray and maybe terror

anonymous 167 days ago

^ It was Terror, Harley Mags, Haywire, and Hold my Own. Tied Down & Edgemen booked the show, all the "Hardcore isnt Punk" mouth breathers showed up. Scab version of the Cro-Mags played, only person I recognized in the lineup was dom dibenedetto, from Ramallah.

anonymous 167 days ago

I was going to say "No Scowl no care" but they actually are on there. Nice job Vitolo.

anonymous 167 days ago

^ It was Terror, Harley Mags, Haywire, and Hold my Own. Tied Down & Edgemen booked the show, all the "Hardcore isnt Punk" mouth breathers showed up. Scab version of the Cro-Mags played, only person I recognized in the lineup was dom dibenedetto, from Ramallah F u c k punk, yeah I said it. 1977 is over. Yep Harley & scabs instead of John & scabs. These 1980s & 1990s hardcore bands need to end & move on with their lives, seriously. If Harley's sugar mama tires of him no more her paying all the rent & bills thus no more tours cuz of that & he'll be on the street again make book on that.

anonymous 167 days ago

^ Harley tours all the time cuz his wife pays all the rent & bills, how else? The dude just played as direct support for Terror in 200-300 capacity rooms - he isn't paying rent or bills with that.

anonymous 167 days ago

There was like maybe 150 people there at the Tangent Gallery

rick_tocchet 167 days ago

All of these bands in 1 f*cking day? Whose bright idea was this?

anonymous 167 days ago

^^

anonymous 166 days ago

There was like maybe 150 people there at the Tangent Gallery 'Not surprised considering Harley-Mags, Haywire & Hold My Own are dead weight.

anonymous 166 days ago

Terror is headlining a 400 cap room in their "hometown" of Los Angeles with negative approach and that isnt even sold out

NorthFromHere 166 days ago

anonymous 17 hours ago No code orange? All the confirmation needed to show that they are indeed finished.

anonymous 166 days ago

"All of these bands in 1 f*cking day? Whose bright idea was this?" LiveNation

anonymous 166 days ago

Terror is headlining a 400 cap room in their "hometown" of Los Angeles with negative approach and that isnt even sold out They're playing there because their manager & booking agent James Vitalo books them in too big venues to artificially inflate their guarantee hence why they bombed with Harley Mags. Terror is done. They need Todd Jones to write new music & like you said hasn't even sold out their initial hometown L.A. as only Martin lives there & in California. Enough with Negative Approach - we all have the recordings & live videos from 1982-85 thanks!
