Chicago, IL post-metal outfit Pelican have completed tracking their seventh studio album, marking their first release with guitarist Laurent Schroeder-Lebec since 2009. Schroeder-Lebec, who originally stepped away in 2012, rejoined the band in 2022.
This upcoming record will be their first together in over a decade.

Elated to say we have finished tracking our upcoming 7th album, our first with founding guitarist Laurent Lebec since 2009. Now begins the long process of mixing, mastering, & manufacturing, but we can safely say it'll be worth the wait. If you want a preview of the new songs there are a couple of live opportunities coming up sooner than later.
