Horse The Band tease 'The Mechanical Hand' 20 year anniversary

California Nintendocore ensemble Horse The Band posted a single, blurry teaser image on Instagram, and fans were quick to recognize it as a shot from The Mechanical Hand, their 2005 studio album. But that's all the band gave up—no further details.
Last year, they reissued The Mechanical Hand on vinyl for Record Store Day 2023 and also re-released R. Borlax on cassette for its 20th anniversary. This year they re-released A Natural Death re-issue for Record Store Day 2024, this was also the first time the album was pressed to vinyl. Their last studio output was the 2009 album Desperate Living, followed by a three-track EP, Your Fault.
The Mechanical Hand was released on April 25, 2005 through Combat Records leaving fans to wonder what the band has planned, if anything. According to Setlist.fm the last time Horse The Band performed live was during the group's "A Partridge Tour", a 3 date West Coast run in December 2019.
The post has many fans speculating what the band could be teasing. A show, a tour, or just another special release to celebrate the 20 year anniversary of The Mechanical Hand?

Post CommentAOC and Napoleon Dynamite comments were hilarious. That said this band actually did something different, had their own sound, and I loved this album in 9th grade.
Skinny they thems in pyramid belts used to love this awful band
How many receding hairlines hidden under a mop of hair will we be seeing at these shows?
Saw them at the showcase once and had their merch guy stand on stage while the singer sat behind an amp screaming the entire time.
Came for the mechanical hand jokes. Left disappointed.
Too many mfs. Also, imagine the smell and retire. That about covers it.

Snapping bunnies twitching gurgling: forget the bombs in your eyes!
This band played the Subterranean in Chicago way back when and the synth/keyboard kid got pissed at the crowd because the crowd kept chucking drinks on the synth.
