Zoli Téglás, former frontman of influential hardcore band Ignite, briefly Pennywise, and most recently Ocean Hills has been dedicating his time out of the limelight to ocean rescue operations. Recently, his efforts were spotlighted on a CBS Evening News segment hosted by Norah O'Donnell which covered his work in rescuing pelicans along the California coastline.

In the clip, he also explains how his role as the "ambulance and first-line EMT" involves transporting the weakest birds to the Wetlands and Wildlife Center for treatment.
