Baltimore-based melodic hardcore band Be Well has released two new tracks, "A Tap I Can't Turn Off" and "Without a Compass," in collaboration with Equal Vision Records.
Lead vocalist Brian McTernan says:
'A Tap I Can't Turn Off' is about the fear of disappointing the people in my life who have unconditionally loved and believed in me. It's about feeling unworthy and ending up hurting the people I care about the most.
The release is accompanied by a music video directed by Joseph Pattisall.
McTernan, who produced the new material provided insights into "Without a Compass":
I have spent huge parts of my life feeling broken without any sense of how to start putting things back together. 'Without a Compass' is an acknowledgment of how hard that's been, and my hope that I will figure things out at some point.
Be Well is set to perform across the US and Germany, with a lineup of headline shows and support for Hot Water Music and I Am the Avalanche on select dates.
