Tribunal Records signs The Cardinal Effect

Tribunal Records has officially signed Raleigh, NC band The Cardinal Effect. The group's new album, "Red Light Carousel," was produced by Jamie King and will feature cover art from Carson Slovak (Armsbendback). The effort will hit stores on February 15, 2005.
