God Forbid to re-issue 'Earthsblood' on Limited 2LP Colored vinyl

In a recent announcement, God Forbid revealed their fourth reissue collaboration. Set for release on January 26, 2024, the band's 2009 Century Media record, Earthsblood, will be reissued for the first time on vinyl. The 2LP edition is limited to 600 copies and features a specially colored design.

The reissue follows the pattern of previous releases, incorporating an expanded layout with additional photos redesigned by the original A+R man and graphic designer Tom Bejgrowicz (Misfits, Beastie Boys, Bad Brains). Drummer Corey Pierce contributes personal liner notes, and the edition also includes two bonus tracks, "Stockholm Syndrome" and "Static Signal," providing over 60 minutes of music. This release is anticipated to be a significant event for fans and collectors alike.
Guitarist Doc Coyle:
I couldn't be more excited to announce the release of God Forbid's last album released on Century Media, 'Earthsblood.' This is also the final album featuring the classic lineup with guitarist and backing vocalist, Dallas Coyle, and the first time we worked with the incredibly talented graphic designer, Gustavo Sazes," states guitarist Doc Coyle. "'Earthsblood' has never been available on vinyl, so this is a monumental opportunity for fans. I feel like this is GOD FORBID's most underrated album. It is the most progressive and adventurous album the band ever made, and being able to experience it in this format will give it a new life.

Post CommentNovelty band. No way that many black guys would be in a metal band together naturally
Expect to find these on deep discount in 6 months.
Five people are stoked. And those 5 people are in the band.
"monumental opportunity?" yeah, man, right up there with getting into Harvard or getting the chance to bang the entire cheerleading squad.
didn't somewhere here see them fist fighting on side of road in new jersey back in day. haha
Miss these guys, really enjoyed Gone Forever and Constitution of Treason. Those were the jams back then, had some great riffs and leads!
That would be me. Driving home from work at Best Buy on Rt.18 in East Brunswick. Took the shortcut home and saw an 18-passenger van pulled over on the shoulder with the hazard lights on. Almost thought to stop as I could see 4-5 people sitting in the van. But as I slowed and drove by, I see Doc and Dallas throwing hands and rolling around in the grass and noticed the people in the van were cheering. I nearly pissed myself from laughter.
"no no no its 'black' as in evil and darkness. not black as in, you know...people."
