Derek Miller quits Poison The Well

After six years with the band, Poison The Well guitarist Derek Miller has left the group. According to Miller, "my heart is no longer in it." Here's his full statement: "After six incredible years of being in this band, I am officially parting ways with my best friends in Poison The Well. I could go on forever gushing about how much fun I have had but that would be redundant. I am very proud of what our band has accomplished up to this point, but quite simply my heart is no longer in it. I look forward to seeing where Ryan, Jeff, and Chris go with it from here and want to thank them for spending everyday of the last six years with me. Playing with them has been a privelege and I have no doubt that there are great things to come from them with the next record. As for myself, I will no doubt continue in music and anticipate with great excitement doing it all over again from the ground up. See you around." Derek is a good dude and we wish him the best of luck.
