Hydra Head Records signs Big Business

As you may have heard, Hydra Head Records has officially announced the signing of Seattle's Big Business, featuring ex-members of Murder City Devils and Karp. The group has already recorded and released a demo through label Wantage USA. They are currently in the studio with producer Phil Ek (Modest Mouse, Dead Low Tide) recording their debut full-length. The album, as-of-yet untitled, will hit stores in January 2005 and will be promoted with extensive touring.

I'm assuming they sound something like Karp or The Whip, stoner rock-esque, but that's pure speculation ejaculation

I don't know if they gained any members but when I saw them they were a two piece. One guy playing distorted bass and another playing drums. It was pretty good, the drummer is a fun guy to watch. Think in the same style of Harkonen.
