Quebec City hardcore group Get The Shot have shared a video for new single "Deathbound," featuring guest vocals from Lionheart frontman Rob Watson. The video is available below.
"'Deathbound' is our primitive answer to years of accumulated hatred and anger towards the lowest forms of humankind that crossed our way," says vocalist JP Lagacé. "After more than a decade as band, we experienced our fair share of deception and betrayal. Now is the time to settle the score and make the scum of the earth afraid again."
He continues, "Nietzsche once said that nothing in life consumes a man more quickly than the passion of resentment. Well, this song is all about vengeance and is nothing more than a cathartic attempt to give sense to this anger while turning it into self-elevating power rather than decadent weakness."
