August Burns Red sign with SharpTone Records, prepare new album
Pennsylvania metalcore veterans August Burns Red have apparently signed a deal with SharpTone Records (the group's three previous albums were released via Fearless Records). The band is currently working on their ninth studio album, though further details (beyond the tweet below) have yet to be revealed.

Good band but last few albums have sounded kinda samey. I've always said they should do a really fast dark sounding record
It will sound exactly like 1-8. This band has taken zero risk in their 20 year existence. They live in the same key and alternate chug patterns.
