Swiss metal/noisecore/sludge outfit Knut have announced the passing of vocalist and co-founder, Didier Séverin.
"Dear friends, the new is true," shared the band today. "It's horrific and it is hearbreaking. Didier left us. He was unique, we're grateful for the times we spent with him. Please remember him and celebrate his vision. We love you Didier."
Launched in 1994, Knut released a large handful of records, including several with Hydra Head Records, before going on hiatus in 2012.
