Orange County, California melodic hardcore veterans Ignite will enter the studio this week to begin tracking their first new album in five years.
Tracking will take place with producer Cameron Webb (Motorhead, Pennywise) at his Maple Studios in Santa Ana.
A winter release through Revelation Records and Century Media Records is expected.
Notably, Ignite have yet to announce their replacement for Zoli Teglas, who departed the band two years ago. The only clue they've offered up this far is, "We have been getting a few specific messages asking if our singer is somebody who has sang in Ignite before and the answer is, no."
