Love Is Red set to release new EP

Not only will Tennessee melodic hardcore band Love Is Red perform again together this year, but the group will also release a new EP next week, their first record since 2004. Titled Darkness Is Waiting, the five-song EP will be released on June 1 via Bandcamp (the record will be available via Spotify et al. in July). According to the band, the EP will feature "as many members from the old Love Is Red and 'The Hardest Fight' era as we could fit." Former vocalist (and one-time Lambgoat reviewer) Rob McFeters will even make an appearance. For now, a brief preview can be heard below. Formed in 2000, Love Is Red released four records before breaking up in 2005. They reunited for a show in 2010 and will perform twice this September (at both Furnace Fest and its pre-party event).
