Obscura prepare to record new album

Progressive death metal outfit Obscura have booked studio time to record their sixth full-length album. Tracking will take with producer Fredrik Nordström (At The Gates, Architects) at Studio Fredman, located in Gothenburg, Sweden and the outing will arrive in 2021 via Nuclear Blast Records. "With our recent album, we closed a ten-year long-lasting chapter of the band," says frontman Steffen Kummerer. "With our new album, we work with well-known producer Fredrik Nordström at Studio Fredman, Sweden. Fredrik's productions are classy, timeless, and tasteful alike."
