As you likely heard last week, Rotting Out vocalist Walter Delgado was arrested in Ohio earlier this month on charges of drug possession and trafficking. The March 18 incident summary reads as follows:
"The suspect vehicle was stopped for a following too close violation. Several criminal indicators were observed. A drug detection canine indicated to the presence of narcotic odor coming from the suspect vehicle. A probable cause search of the vehicle revealed 70 pounds of raw marijuana, 1000 THC e-cigarette inserts, and steroids. US currency was also seized from the stop."
Delgado was subsequently incarcerated at the Tri-County Regional Jail in Mechanicsburg, OH, where he remained until March 22, when he was released via a $2,500 bond. On March 25, Delgado waived his right to a preliminary hearing and his case has been bound over for Grandy Jury review. As such, an indictment and subsequent court appearance are pending.
Meanwhile, Delgado appears to have returned to California. Regardless, he made an appearance on Twitter earlier today (his birthday):
I'm 30 years old today. I'm an actual dumbass. I don't even like weed.
