Tragic Hero Records has officially signed Toronto, Ontario metalcore act The Afterimage. The band's eight-song label debut is titled Lumière and will hit streets on August 28. Pre-orders are now live here.

Formed in 2012, frontman Kyle Anderson describes the band's transformation since its inception in this manner: "We started as a project that showcased technicality and precision at the heavier end of the musical spectrum. Now we're primarily focused on creating the most captivating songs, with heavy passages used merely as one of a number of dynamics."
