I really think Josh is their new vocalist. Not only do the tattoo's from the video clip match up to Google image searches, but the voice is unmistakable to previous AILD songs hes laid vocals own to.
Who says tim won't be on the album,I bet you that he secretly is,because technically he isn't in jail yet, nor do they know how long he will be sentenced,as that will be in May when that happens,so I think it will be a full new album with tim,I don't see them continuing without him,prior to what's happened to him,he start started the band with Jordan the only other band member to start it with him,

Last I spoke to Josh he said the new music would be under a new moniker. I doubt they'd continue under AILD as that name has been completely tarnished because of Tim. Aside from that, the new music is awesome.
I don't care that he did steroids and wanted his wife dead. Who likes to hang out with their wife anyway? Oh and the dude stopped being Christian a while back and said it's stupid, so that makes them acceptable in my book. This new stuff is awful.
