Kids that bought Backtrack merch at a show, but have never listened to any of their albums are telling their friends that they're stoked.
Kids who think Backtrack has been around for years because there's been 19382728181 bands named Backtrack before them are stoked and celebrating with Flat Brimmed Yankee and Bk Net hats . Kids who moved to Williamsburg from Lawngayland are buying dunks , basketball shorts , and exercising their pointing fingers in preparation for a Shutdown reunion at the record release show.

DONE DYING! old man hardcore 7" dropped today at irish Voodoo Records. They have the singer from 411/No For An Answer/Carry Nation and the dude from Outspoken/New Age Records..good stuff.

Backtrack is not a "New York" band, they are a Long Island band who barely/rarely plays NYC. They're also a big fish in a small, shallow pond called Long Island Hardcore. If Backtrack and Incendiary broke up tomorrow, LIHC would be dead. D

If Backtrack and Incendiary broke up tomorrow, LIHC would be dead. D LIHC called, to tell you its been dead for the last 10 years.
