So I'm at work gathering up the carts in the lot and some guy starts brining me his cart. I start walking toward him with my carts but decide to just stop and walk toward him to get his. Well, I left the carts behind some lady's car and she backs into them, knocking my pusher over. I don't know if she didn't see them or if she was pissed I left them there, but she gets out and starts screaming at me that I damaged her car. I try and deescalate the situation but she starts getting closer and closer to me until she's basically right up in my face. I tell her to back off and give me some space but that wasn't going to fly with her. She got even closer. At this point, the guy who gave me the cart comes over and pulls her away and yells her to calm down and my manager comes outside and attempts to talk to the old lady. I just decide to walk off and cool down inside. She's still out there with the lady right now
