Have you ever had someone do that to you? It's f*cking really, really unpleasant. It's basically a nerve hold but inside your mouth. It goes after the Trigeminal nerve system, specifically the Mandibular nerve. It was actually, get this, created by Sam Sheppard; the Sam Sheppard who'd inspire The Fugitive.

My friend and I would practice all the moves, basically seeing which hurt and how you avoided or made that happen (i.e. figure four by cranking on the leverage leg, that does NOT feel good at all)... he was good at taking the falling moves, like powerbombs, he had that natural flop ability where you fall and just relax so its not a shitty fall.. i always had to take the holds and strikes... He did this move once to me, the Mandible Claw, it felt like IDK ever have sharp nerve pain in your tooth? It wasn't the reaction from the matches, since my buddy dug his fingers in good and wasn't "working", it was like a f*cking stabbing sharp pain right where he was jamming. f*cking HORRIBLE. Then again, it's functionality in a fight is kinda, meh, a good bite down before they dig in is the counter.

Anyone ever have an older cousin or brother, or friend, that put them in the Boston Crab? I think that's the only thing that prepared me for those leg/calf lift things from stretching in football/soccer.

My friend and I definitely may have gotten sadistic af once in a while, trying to see how you made the moves hurt. It takes a special kinda brain to see your friend go "ARHHHH STOP" but you turn the other way. Maybe. Maybe you're just a sissy goof!
