Don't know much about a second DUI offense and my mom's not telling me anything other than he was arrested, she's talking to a divorce lawyer, and this guy named portslob keeps coming over to fix the toilet.

A second dui is rough. I think that's automatic 6 months of mandatory rehab. Then he's going to have to get that breathalyzer installed.. that costs like 8 grand.. then you have to pay a monthly fee for it.. then if you blow into it and fail you get fined like 100 bucks . He'll be dealing with that once he's finally able to get his license back

I never got a dui, but a good friend of mine got two and that's exactly what happened to him

That's just Massachusetts though. It's easier to get away with murder here than drunk driving

2 can still be a misdemeanor in LA. if no one gets hurt/damaged. Even in our 20s I knew a ton of people with at least 2. It's pathetic.

I had no clue he had a previous DUI, but I feel like it explains some weird behavior displayed between my parents a few years ago and my mom constantly getting on his case whenever he drinks at home. I got him a bottle of Buffalo Trace for his birthday a few weeks ago too lol.
