Arising from some of hardcore's most controversial bands Racetraitor and Extinction, Arma Angelus hails from the Midwest and plays metal laced hardcore. Combine that metalcore (tight riffing, grooves, melodic leads, and thunderous rhythm section) with their uncompromising political, social, and scene agenda, and you have an idea of what Arma Angelus is all about. For the past year and a half, AA has been touring vigorously around the Midwest establishing the band's growing fan base. The band would release a disc on Indiana based Happy Couples Never Last Records, entitled "The Grave End of the Shovel," before finding a new home with Florida's Eulogy Recordings. AA would release its debut full-length for Eulogy, “Where Sleeplessness Is Rest From Nightmares,” in late-2001/early-2002. read less
