Tim Lambesis attempting to shorten prison stay

According to Radio.com, imprisoned As I Lay Dying singer Tim Lambesis will be back in a San Diego, CA courtroom next week in an attempt to lessen his prison stay. As you no doubt know by now, Lambesis received a six-year prison sentence in May for attempting to hire a hitman to kill his estranged wife. Radio.com says that Lambesis is expected to be in San Diego's North County Superior Courthouse at 9:30 a.m. next Friday, before the same judge who sentenced to prison, the Honorable Judge Carlos Armour. Lambesis and his attorney will argue that Lambesis deserves "custody credit" for the days he already spent on house arrest. Lambesis was under house arrest for nearly a year prior to sentencing.
