Pathology album set for release

Official press release: San Diego's death metal outfit, Pathology have revealed the cover art and announced that their new album will be, The Time Of Great Purification, out September 25, 2012. Pathology is wrapping up their time in the studio with Daniel Castleman at Lambesis Studios for their third Victory Records release. "This is definitely our heaviest and most technical album to date," states drummer Dave Astor. The upcoming release features artwork by Par Olofsson, creator of the cover art for their last two albums, Legacy Of The Ancients (7/06/10) and Awaken To The Suffering (9/13/11). The concept is simple: the Doctor is controlling the 2012 apocalypse and destroying the world.
