A Day To Remember suing Victory Records

Earlier today The Gunz Show host Mike Gunzelman revealed that Florida pop-punk/hardcore band A Day To Remember is suing their label Victory Records for breach of contract. Gunzelman had the following to say: "I just announced and read the legal complaint from A Day To Remember suing Victory Records... thus no new songs, no major label, until lawsuit is figured out. I'm probably going to get in trouble for reading it but oh well." According to Courthouse News Service, legal action was actually initiated in late-May. Among the complaints put forth by A Day To Remember is that Victory owes them $75,000 in royalties. You can read the entire legal document here.
UPDATE: Victory Records has now responded.
