Video: your first taste of the new Mastodon album.
As you likely know by now, Mastodon has been in and out of the recording studio for the past few months tracking music for their next album. While the band has yet to share any finished material per se, guitarist Brend Hinds has now uploaded a video (see below) in which he attempts to record a guitar solo for the album. Ultimately, Hinds wasn't happy with the effort and aborts the attempt, but it's worth watching.
