Post CommentI explained it in the second paragraph, and though I compared how they go about presenting music to Napalm Death, I never directly compared the two, and there's other bands I mentioned in there too.
sounds cool. i'll have to check this out.
Man, spend a little more time on your reviews bro! I'm not saying 6 paragraphs, but a little more justification in general...something which I feel is lacking in many of your reviews. I justify everything I saw in mine. It's a matter of professionalism.
to Mike: however, typographical errors are not a matter of professionalism.
why do you always have to mention and bad-mouth tech in every review, especially when it has absolutely nothing to do with the music? i mean there are seriously like 5 bands that do what you're talking about. it is sooo f*cking popular. anything else just mixes every single genre together to try and get the most fans (ie glass casket, fassw). stfu already, you know you were sucking every tech band's dcks 2 years ago.
since when has napalm death ever been considered black metal? "Mistress tends to follow a more traditional hardcore/punk/metal path instead of black metal inclinations (considering they have shared the stage with the likes of Mayhem as well as Napalm Death). "
Say10, just to piss you off. Dante, read the context. I mentioned that their drummer is also in Anaal Nathrakh, A BLACK METAL BAND!!!!!!!! I was then mentioning how Mistress really doesn't even have anything to do with that, though they have played with bands RANGING from Mayhem (BLACK METAL) to Napalm Death (GRIND). Get it now?
I've been wanting to hear this album for months. I need a YSI.
I think you are mistaken. There are no drummers in Anaal Nathrakh. However, VITRIOL, Mistress' singer is also AN singer.
I think you're mistaken. Irrumator plays real live drums on many of the AN recordings, and then the band puts programmed drums over them. Read interviews with the band so you know what you're talking about.
this sounds a lot more like brutal truth meshed with entombed's "to ride..." than napalm death/extreme noise terror
ash, context is not an excuse for poor phrasing
8/10? cause they sound like n.d.? you really didn't make a case for such a high score.
