That r@pe and sexu@l assault otherwise happen in private does not mean that a victim speaking out has an obligation to keep it that way.
No matter how you look at it, the answer is going to be don't r@pe people and you won't have to sweat allegations. If you do, and you actually didn't do it, you'll speak the truth intelligently, no one else will come forward with different allegations of the same behavior, and you'll eventually be vindicated by the people who think and actually matter.
