Let me give all you morons out there a course in Headliner 101, make it simple for you simpletons by talking about a 300 sell to room. Sell to not capacity because capacity means the maximum amount of people who can occupy the room. If a room is 300 capacity, staff including promoter is 7 people, bands 13, band crew 5, their guests 25 then no more than 250 tickets can be sold
A headliner sells out this room WITHOUT SUPPORT & could sell it out BY THEMSELVES/JUST THEM.
If they played a 600 sell to room with a band who draws 300 paid over or under that band & it sells out they are a CO-headliner. That means they are not a headliner in a room this size.
Turnstile is a co-headliner in a room twice the size of the biggest room they can sell out as a headliner. To me they're a 3000 capacity room headliner. Respectful but I'm amused at all the idiots who think they're gonna be the next Nirvana with their dated familiar rock & unlistenable to most people hardcore forays.
