Lambgoat Records signs Unholy

As you may have heard, our label, Lambgoat Records, recently signed Syracuse, NY metal band Unholy. The group features former Godbelow vocalist Danny Johnson in addition to guitarist Jonathan Dennison, who has done time in a host of notable bands, including The Promise, The Path Of Resistance, Santa Sangre, and Another Victim. Dennison is also a current member of When Tigers Fight. Formed in 2004, Unholy released an EP with Closed Casket Activities last year. The band will enter Moresound Studios with Jason Randall (Ed Gein) this week to begin recording their full-length debut, titled "Blood of the Medusa." The effort will feature guest vocals from Karl Buechner (Earth Crisis, Freya), Human Furnace (Ringworm), and Bruce LePage (100 Demons) and is slated to hit streets on May 8th. In the interim, you can check out two tracks from their EP here. Meanwhile, Unholy will hit the road this spring in support of the effort. Before then, you can catch them live at the Maryland Metal and Hardcore Festival on January 27th in Baltimore, MD.
