Following several days of rumors, it's now official, Breather Resist have parted ways with vocalist Steven Sindoni. Reasons behind the move haven't been detailed, but Sindoni will not be replaced. Instead, bandmates Evan Patterson and Nick Thieneman will handle vocals going forward. Additionally, the group will no longer play material from previous records. According to Patterson, "Most of the lyrics are written from [Steve's] perspective and it would insulting to ever attempt to play those songs without him."
Meanwhile, Breather Resist have written nine new songs and continue to write more. They expect to release a new album next fall. For his part, Sindoni is forming a new band that will begin practicing next month.
