Thorp Records signs The Welch Boys

Thorp Records has officially added The Welch Boys to their roster. According to Thorp, the Boston outfit, which features members of Slapshot and The Blue Bloods, plays "full-on, top notch anthemic street punk laced with elements of East Coast hardcore." The band's self-titled album was produced by Jim Siegel (Ramallah) at The Outpost and will hit streets in February 2006. You can download a track from the album here.
