My Chemical Romance's "Helena" goes platinum for the 4th time

My Chemical Romance have picked up new RIAA certifications tied to Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge. "Helena" is now 4x Platinum, "I'm Not Okay (I Promise)" is now 3x Platinum, and "The Ghost Of You" has hit both Gold and Platinum. "You Know What They Do To Guys Like Us In Prison" and "Thank You For The Venom" both went Gold.

The band will drop a deluxe reissue of Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge on June 6 via Reprise Records. The release features new mixes by Rich Costey and four BBC Radio 1 live tracks from 2005.

Also of note, "Teenagers", off the band's 2006 LP, The Black Parade, entered Spotify's Billion streams club last Fall. My Chemical Romance has a few other singles headed into club as well with "Welcome To The Black Parade" currently sitting a little over 882,000,000 streams and "Helena" having over 559,00,000 streams.
