Update: The band has released a statement, confirms they will continue on with their upcoming scheduled tour.
Multiple sources are confirming the passing of 156/Silence bassist Lukas Booker today, Friday March 28th.
No official word from the band as of yet, however they are scheduled to head out on a tour supporting Silent Planet and Invent Animate in two week starting on April 14th.
A crowdfunding campaign has been launched to assist with funeral expenses and such.
One source, Courtney Booker, Lukas' older sister also confirmed his death with the following post.
Hello, my name is Brittany. I'm the oldest sister of Lukas Booker. We are asking for help to put my brother to rest. He passed away today suddenly and did not have life insurance. He was a great man and a wonderful light that made the world brighter. He would do anything for anyone that needed him. He absolutely loved his family, the band he played in, and his friends. Please help if you can, all donations will be given to his father, Maurice Booker. We appreciate all of you!
